Returns
You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original, undamaged condition.
Requests made after 14 days cannot be processed.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and undamaged.
- Be returned with their original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Include the care card, invoice, and all packaging components (shoe box, dust bag, wrapping paper, etc.) in full.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be issued.
We offer free returns. Atera will cover the cost of return shipping. For return requests or further information, please contact us at info@ateralab.com.
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that refund times may vary depending on your bank. We will notify you immediately about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to modify your order for any reason, you must cancel your current order and place a new one.
Once your order has been shipped, the carrier cannot process changes or cancellations. In this case, we recommend returning the order following our Returns Policy and placing a new order.
